SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our suite and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that your order item(s) are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If for some reason, your item(s) are on back order or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via email. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT:
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, your order will ship out within 5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 6 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@noblehomeoffice.com

SHIPPING OPTIONS:
Our base shipping included with every order is completely free. This is our “curbside” option and it usually takes between 5-15 days from the time you have submitted your order for the shipment to arrive at your doorstep. There are other shipping options available for purchase listed in detail under the “Installation” tab on the product pages.
They include:
- Threshold Shipping - this involves the shipment being brought onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly taken care of, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house.
